Therefore, we want you to know that all the information you provide us will be treated confidentially and will only be used for the purposes necessary to create your tattoo, mural or painting design. Furthermore, in compliance with current regulations, we inform you that you have the right to access, rectify and cancel your personal data at any time. Terms and conditions: basics

The Terms and Conditions (T&C) are a set of legally binding terms defined by Pintel Studios | Tattoos & Murals as the owner of this website. The T&Cs set out the legal limits governing the activities of website visitors or customers while visiting or participating in this website. The T&C are intended to establish the legal relationship between site visitors and Pintel Studios | Tattoos & Murals as owner of said site.

At Pintel Studios | Tattoos & Murals, we work together on the design of your tattoo, mural or painting. Therefore, our T&Cs are specifically designed to protect both our clients and ourselves during the design process and subsequent execution of the work. Our T&Cs establish the responsibilities and obligations of both the client and Pintel Studios | Tattoos & Murals, as well as payment terms and conditions.

If you need to cancel or postpone your appointment, we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the total design price.

Present official identification, sign questionnaire, consent form and response (if necessary). We work with a 50% deposit and deadlines. Quotes are free within Puerto Escondido, jobs outside generate travel expenses from the first visit. If your wall requires prior preparation and/or

maintenance these extra costs will be added to your quote. If necessary more details may need to be stipulated in a contract with the expense covered by the client.

In general, our T&Cs address topics such as authorization to use our services, payment terms and conditions, our cancellation and refund policies, the protection of your personal information, and the responsibilities and obligations of both the client and Pintel Studios | Tattoos & Murals during the design and execution process of the work.
